Welcome! I am
Brooke Kong, UX Designer @ USC
Focused on amplifying diverse storytellers and fostering inclusive content through design.
Building What Matters
I am a UX Designer passionate about building inclusive, research-driven digital experiences. With a background in data analysis and visual storytelling, I’ve led high-impact design initiatives for organizations like Netflix, Adobe, and Snap Inc.
At the USC Annenberg Inclusion Initiative, I designed tools like The Inclusion List and created the Proof of Concept website to support equity in entertainment.
I also lead cross-functional teams of student researchers and creatives, building customized workflows to streamline data collection, design execution, and training. Whether guiding a 24-person team or shaping a user journey, I’m driven by impact, clarity, and collaboration.

Let's Connect
Thank you for exploring my work. Whether leading research assistants to collect 50,000+ data points or designing inclusive platforms for partners like Netflix and Adobe, I approach every project with empathy and design thinking.
I’ve had the privilege of building workflows that empower students, streamline research, and elevate underrepresented voices in entertainment. I’m passionate about using design to drive meaningful impact.
If you’re working on something that intersects creativity, inclusion, and user experience—or just want to exchange ideas—I’d love to connect. Let’s build something great together!
